McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts at a franchise-owned restaurant in Pennsylvania. You will supervise crew and other managers, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

Applicants with prior leadership experience and a flexible schedule are preferred. You must be 18 or older to manage in a McDonald’s environment, and you will contribute to a positive team culture and service excellence.

Formación

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments helpful.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
