Responsibilities

• Plan each shift and monitor performance and safety.

• Meet targets and support department goals during shifts.
• Ensure food safety, inventory, maintenance and scheduling are in good order.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and safe operations.
• Train team members and provide coaching as needed.
• Monitor security and profitability during daily operations.
• Coordinate internal communications across shifts.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
