Job summary

McDonald's in Florida is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

You will supervise crew and other managers, plan shifts, monitor performance, manage safety and security, and help departments meet goals while maintaining food safety and inventory control. Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, maintain safety, security and profitability.
• Help the team meet targets for shifts and departments.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling and training.
