McDonald’s Corporation seeks a Shift Manager for a Florida restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead crew and other managers during a shift to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, and you will help plan for each shift.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and the ability to meet targets while maintaining safety. You must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
