Qualifications

• Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execution: Ensure not out of food and proper uniform compliance.
• Label all open and unopened products and maintain daily curb appeal.
• Lead team members as MOD and set daily shift goals with a shift huddle board.
• Resolve guest issues using HEART and monitor HACCP logs via Zenput.
• Communicate with other department managers about performance or equipment issues.
• Ensure the restaurant is neat, clean, and organized for the next shift.
