Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED (some college or military experience? Tell us that, too).
• Leadership experience — led, managed and organized a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer feedback and issues like a boss.
• Lead, train and guide new team members to follow standards.
• Ensure food safety standards and procedures are followed on shift.
• Willingness to travel to other Wendy’s locations as needed.
