Job summary

GUSTO Tucker LLC is seeking a Shift Manager for our Buford location. You and your team will run a busy, healthy fast-food restaurant, overseeing customer service, inventory, food safety, catering, and staff development based on the business needs.

The Shift Manager ensures shift operations meet company standards, handles training, food prep, cleanliness, opening/closing duties, and guest experiences. Leadership duties include staffing, brand standards, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a Shift Leader/Supervisor or Manager role.
• Available to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (MVR)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Driving Requirement: MVR checks and defensive driving training as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and customer service to ensure a premium guest experience.
• Oversee catering orders and coordination with Sales for events.
• Train and develop team members; ensure policies and processes are followed.
• Monitor inventory, food safety, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Ensure timely opening/closing; manage staff and duties.
