Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Ensure food safety and uphold brand standards on shift.
• Train and develop team members and manage scheduling.
• Support management in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Operate POS system and restaurant equipment, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment.
