Job summary

Wendy's in Baytown, TX is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team, uphold brand standards, and deliver excellent guest service. You will mentor staff, ensure safe food handling, and support daily operations to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and flexibility with hours. A SERV Safe certification is preferred to ensure compliance and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a restaurant team to deliver great service and profits.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment while training and developing staff.
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed and brand standards are met.

• Stand and move for most of your shift and operate restaurant equipment as needed.
