HAZA Foods in Spring, Texas is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and lead a fast-paced restaurant team. You will model the customer-first culture, train staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

As a frontline leader, you will optimize schedules, uphold food safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction while balancing business goals and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Serv Safe certification required by end of training.
• Ability to lead a team and manage schedules.
