Job summary

Jamba in Schaumburg, IL, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, uphold food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, and act as the heartbeat of the store when leadership is away.

You will motivate the team, troubleshoot daily challenges, and escalate issues to store leadership as needed. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience and a commitment to guest excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stay active throughout shifts.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer).
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems).
• Food handler certification (current or within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• General knowledge of food service or nutrition terms is a bonus.
