You will support the Management Team in running shifts, meeting standards, and leading your team with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning grounds
