Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team. You will lead shifts, ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner and help maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, working side-by-side with them
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash, and place it outside
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
