Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts, meeting Charter Foods standards, and upholding brand standards. As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding the team with enthusiasm, seeking help when needed, and ensuring team members complete their duties. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers promptly. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift, carry trash, and clean outdoor areas
• Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift
