The ideal candidate will have experience leading a service team and managing the daily front of house operations of a restaurant unit. Ability to manage the HEBR, servers, and bartenders to ensure quality within Smashin Crab standards; ensuring all service operations are in compliance with the overall concept, culture, health and safety standards. Reporting will be to the General Manager.
