Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your team with enthusiasm, seek assistance when needed, and guide others. You will ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Ability to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash, and place it in an outside bin
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of the shift
