McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager in Wisconsin to lead shifts, mentor crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service for every guest.

You’ll monitor safety, quality, and profitability, plan for each shift, and prepare the next Shift Manager to run a great shift. Prior leadership in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred and applicants must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
• We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment.
