Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The Shift Manager delivers quality customer service and food products according to brand standards and assists in management tasks with the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

The role requires strong communication and leadership abilities, and offers opportunities for growth within one of the world's largest Dairy Queen franchises. On-site position with competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
• Oversee shift operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
