Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location to oversee daily operations, deliver high quality customer service and food products according to brand standards.

You will assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager, lead a small team, ensure adherence to policies, and participate in ongoing training. Benefits include health coverage, FSA, discounts, daily pay, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
