Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products while upholding brand standards and supporting management teams.

The candidate will assist and learn under the Assistant Manager and General Manager, with opportunities for growth within a large franchise network and a long-standing brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
