You will support and learn from the Assistant Manager and General Manager to grow in a supervisory capacity. The position emphasizes effective communication, team leadership, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines to ensure a smooth daily operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
• Manage shift operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
