Super Star Car Wash seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, champion safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As Manager-on-Duty, you will oversee staffing, service standards, and performance, while coaching teams to meet brand expectations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style. This onsite role offers opportunity for growth within a growing, people-first organization.

The Opportunity

Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. What You'll Do

Lead Operations

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards
  
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion
  
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through
  
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness
  

Coach and Develop Teams

• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards
  
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members
  
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability

Uphold Safety & Brand Standards

• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures
  
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately
  
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards

Rotational Leadership Focus Areas -

• People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance
  
• Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps
  
• Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
  
• High school diploma or GED
  
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required
  
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results
  
• High integrity and professionalism
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
