McDonald's in Pittsfield, MA is seeking energetic Crew/Shift Manager candidates to oversee shifts, lead teams, and ensure a fast, friendly experience for every customer. You will supervise food safety, service quality, and cleanliness while driving key targets and efficient operations.

You will train new team members, manage schedules, and coordinate with other managers to maintain high performance and profitability in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts weekly and ensure customers receive a fast, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and Managers during a shift to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prep for a great shift.
• Aim to achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability actions.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you would oversee shifts every week and make sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. You would provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers also play an important role in running great restaurants by:

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
• Communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift, too
• Achieving targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goals
• Taking action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability
• Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shift
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
• Training new team members on critical job functions
