Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods location. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and food products while aligning with brand standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.

As a shift leader, you will assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager, gaining exposure to management responsibilities and growth opportunities within a large franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Background check required
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain stations

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
