RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in Ocala, FL. You’ll lead a team on your shift, coach members in real-time, and ensure top-tier guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

You will oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations while maintaining a positive, results-driven team culture. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and operating in a busy store setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervision experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to coach others and follow through on tasks.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
