Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Shift Manager to lead shifts and support the Management Team in running great operations. You will guide the team, ensure completion of duties, manage inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards to deliver timely, delicious food with a smile.

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED; ability to supervise, perform basic math, and work a flexible schedule. Benefits and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by guiding team to meet Charter Foods standards.
• Supervise and motivate team members during service.
• Manage inventory and enforce financial accountability.
• Ensure safe and clean restaurant environment for staff and customers.
• Maintain adherence to brand standards and quality.
