Job summary

Charter Foods a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry is seeking a Shift Manager (Shift Supervisor) to support the Management Team in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. You will lead your shift by guiding a team, ensuring tasks are completed, and maintaining accountability for inventory and finances.

As a Shift Manager, you will ensure safe, quality food delivery and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to stand and walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform related duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and supervise the team to meet Charter Foods standards.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability during shifts.
• Ensure safe, quality food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers on shift.
• Collaborate with management to uphold brand standards and operational procedures.

As a Shift Manager (Shift Supervisor), you will take ownership and responsibility to lead your shift by leading the team with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure that Team Members complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
