Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by guiding the team with a smile and seeking help when needed.
• Ensure Team Members complete duties, manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner and maintain a safe environment.
• Work with management to meet Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
