RaceTrac in Louisiana is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a winning team on the fast-paced shift, set the tone, and coach staff to deliver great guest service. You will drive store performance and develop future leaders—one shift at a time.

Your role involves training on guest service, food safety, inventory, and cash handling, while maintaining a cheerful, customer-focused atmosphere and ensuring store standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Strong communication and team-building abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).

Responsabilités

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate updates from leadership and ensure team alignment.
• Maintain knowledge of RaceTrac policies and safety regulations.
