Job summary

Popeyes is looking for a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach teammates, and uphold our standards of service and food quality. You’ll manage cash, schedule coverage, and ensure a clean, safe dining area while fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.

You will guide team members, monitor performance, and respond quickly to guest needs, ensuring an excellent guest experience and smooth operation during each shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
