Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions: Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure results are met.
• Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant goals.
• Oversee kitchen operations: food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and well-organized service areas.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain safe, efficient operations.
