Applicants should have leadership experience in hospitality or retail and a flexible schedule. The position offers a pay rate of $15.92 per hour and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts.
