SONIC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations, ensuring quality food is served in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for a great guest experience.

You will help with hiring, training, and developing team members, helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers and crew. You will also contribute to a positive team culture and ensure timely service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner for guests.
