McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crews in our fast-paced restaurant, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness. You will guide daily operations, coach team members, and uphold standards to deliver a great guest experience.

As a Shift Manager you plan shifts, monitor performance, train staff, and work with the next Shift Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Flexibility and prior leadership in hospitality are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred in restaurant/retail or hospitality.
• Ability to lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability.
• Manage inventory, food safety and daily maintenance.
• Coordinate training and handoff to next Shift Manager.
