Job summary

Long John Silver's is seeking a Shift Manager (18+) to lead restaurant shifts, supervise team members, and uphold brand standards. You will ensure timely, safe, high-quality food service and maintain inventory and daily financial controls while working in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates will have basic computer skills, reliability, and a willingness to grow with advancement opportunities. This role offers competitive pay and benefits with a focus on teamwork and customer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage the team to meet Charter Foods and brand standards.
• Ensure safe, quality food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory and financial accountability on shift.
