Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Commitment to timeliness and urgency.
• Ability to follow instructions and read safety/operating materials.

Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% satisfaction for all guests.
• Greet and positively engage guests.
• Accurately accept orders and process payment.
• Prepare orders with highest quality quickly.
• Resolve customer concerns using BAM! and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep service area, dining room, and restrooms clean and stocked.
• Arrive on shift with a positive attitude and contribute to restaurant success.
• Treat all guests and team members with respect.
• Ensure food safety and proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Follow preparation procedures to produce high quality products.
• Provide bell-ringing quality service and taste experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area for guests and team members.
• Adopt a clean-as-you-go mentality to keep interior/exterior in good condition.
