PepperJax Grill in Omaha is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at the Old Market location. You will supervise staff, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety standards while driving a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to communicate in primary language of location.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals, and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, kitchen, front/behind counter, restrooms and entry/exit locations.
• Work closely with team to ensure cohesive service and timely shift coverage.
