PepperJax Grill in Gretna, Nebraska is looking for a Shift Manager to lead and supervise daily operations, greet customers, take orders, grill and assemble meals, and ensure smooth service with accuracy. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment and help maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Cleaning (dining room, kitchen area, front/behind counter, restrooms, entry and exit locations, etc.)
• Skilled with multitasking.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts.
