Responsibilities

• Oversee theater operations and guest services to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Coach and train team members and assist the general manager with cash handling.
• Open and close the theater, manage deposits, and coordinate with leadership on issues.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain exceptional service.
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities with the GM and collaborate with the team.
• Communicate effectively with the corporate office as needed.
