Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure safety, security and profitability; communicate with next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and help departments reach their goals.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance and scheduling.
• Train and guide crew; manage internal communications.
