Charter Foods seeks a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to lead daily restaurant shifts in Keene, NH, guiding the team to meet Charter Foods standards and deliver safe, quality food.

You will oversee team duties, inventory, and financial accountability while maintaining a positive, safe environment for staff and guests. 18+ required; 30+ hrs/wk availability preferred; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team.

Responsibilities
