Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards. Lead the team with a positive attitude, guide others, and ensure duties are completed while maintaining safety and quality of service.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, and upholding financial accountability, with a focus on delivering safe, quality meals to customers in a timely manner. 18+ required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team.
• Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash, and place in an outside bin.
• Able to clean parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Stand/walk for 80% of shift, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by guiding the team to meet Charter Foods standards.
• Oversee inventory and maintain financial accountability during shifts.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery of quality food and service to customers.
• Collaborate with management to meet brand standards and policies.
