Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts and meeting brand standards. You will take ownership and lead your shift with a smile, guide others, and ensure team members complete duties while maintaining a safe environment.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability, delivering safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by guiding team to meet Charter Foods standards.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability during shifts.
• Ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation of the restaurant environment.
• Train and motivate team members; ensure customer satisfaction.
