Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Able to work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability while coordinating with team and next shift manager.
• Coach crew and other managers to meet targets and uphold customer satisfaction.
• Schedule staff and manage daily operations during shifts.
