Job summary

McDonald’s in Park City, Utah is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You’ll supervise crew, coordinate tasks, manage inventory, maintain food safety, and drive positive results with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Shift managers lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Mentor crew and other managers during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
