We are seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, ensure fast and friendly service, and uphold quality, service and cleanliness across the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting, be 18 years or older, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.

• Coordinate with next shift for a smooth handoff.
• Schedule staffing and train team members on procedures.
