Job summary

JV&Sons is seeking a capable Shift Manager to lead shifts at multiple McDonald’s locations in North Florida and South Georgia. You will guide crew and fellow managers to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards for quality and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, daily operational tasks, and training within a franchised environment. A flexible schedule is required, and applicants must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions.
• Oversee tasks such as food safety, inventory management, scheduling, training and exceptional customer service.
