Job summary

McDonald’s franchise restaurant in Florida seeks a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, guiding crew and fellow managers to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding quality, service and cleanliness standards. You will plan shifts, monitor performance, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff.

Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
Ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness align with McDonald’s standards.
Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prep for the next shift.
Help departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.
