Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in McAllen, TX is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensuring friendly, timely service and quality food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will supervise crew, reinforce food safety standards, interact with customers, manage costs, and delegate prep and cleaning tasks across shifts. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail/restaurant experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to supervise and train crew members
• Strong written, math, and interpersonal skills
• Flexible work availability and reliable transportation
• Must pass background screening as required by law
