Job summary

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. You will lead your shift, guide coworkers, and ensure timely, safe, quality food service.

As a Shift Manager, you’ll manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and contribute to a safe environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Able to sweep, mop, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand 80% of shift.
